You can add text to your Xweb site in various ways:
- Add a Text Block element, which includes Title, Subtitle, Body and Link Label
- Add just a Title
- Add just a Subtitle
- Add just a body of text
1. Adding a Text Block Element
To add a Text Block, click on the “+” icon:
And choose Text Block:
The Text Block section has 3 parts: Title, Subtitle and Body.
Each one of the above can be removed by clicking the red ‘X’ in the element Edit Menu.
a) Editing Title, Subtitle and Body
Each of the parts in the Text Block can be edited.
To edit the text in each one of the parts, left click the text area and select Edit:
b) Linking Title, Subtitle and Body
To link a Title, Subtitle or Body to a page on your website, an External URL, Scroll to or have it opened in a lightbox, choose the “Go To…” feature in the menu.
c) Styling Title, Subtitle and Body
Choosing the “Style” feature will allow you to edit the text style. You will see the style control panel above the text element once you've selected to edit it.
There, you can edit the font, color, alignment, size, background color, text spacing and more:
2. Adding a Title
To add a Title, click on the “+”
And choose Title:
To edit, link or style a title, see above 1a, 1b and 1c.
To delete a title, click the red ‘X’ in the title edit menu.
3. Adding a Subtitle
To add a Subtitle, click on the “+”
And choose Subtitle:
To edit, link or style a subtitle, see above 1a, 1b and 1c.
To delete a subtitle, click the red ‘X’ in the subtitle edit menu.
4. Adding a Body of Text
To add a body of text, click on the “+”
And choose body:
To edit, link or style a body of text, see above 1a, 1b and 1c.
To delete a body of text, click the red ‘X’ in the body edit menu.
